Yes, the anti-ghosting feature is a handy one (Note it's only present on the WASD keys) but the performance gain from the increased polling rate is minimal.My last KB blew up so I needed something to replace my 9.99 Microsoft one (Which was fine actually fine). I don't have much desk real estate and I don't really care for rows and rows of extra keys. As with any peripheral, you like it to look good. To my eyes the mirror finish is stunning, the backlight looks amazing (Although I don't really need to see the keys to hit the right ones) and the KB as a whole looks very well designed and put together. Then whilst looking at the two logitechs in pcworld i spotted the original razer lycosa and didnt like the rubber keys at all, as they look awful and feel just as bad. They are nice to use, when they work. Take this keyboard for example. It's nice to type on and use for games. The keys feel nice. But the media keys are just flat out broken. They will cause your media player to open over and over. This was supposedly a problem that only happened on an early production run, don't believe it. On the non-mirror version, the coating on the keys rubs off after only a few months of heavy use. Don't buy this keyboard, you will regret it. |
